Foster & Rescue Intake
An animal arriving in foster care usually comes with an incomplete history and leaves with one that has to be legible to the next person. These are the forms that carry it: what was known on arrival, what was observed, and what a prospective adopter needs to be told.
What the foster & rescue intake forms look like
