Feeding Logs

What the feeding logs forms look like

Those fields are four of tables to fill in, two of ruled writing space and one of short labelled boxes, giving 46 ruled rows in all. That mix is what decides whether a sheet gets filled in: a form that asks for prose where a tick would do gets abandoned halfway down, and a grid with no room to write a note gets ignored the first time something does not fit the columns.
