- A factual error. Tell us the page and what is wrong. Anything clinical gets checked and corrected or taken down the same week.
- A recall we have missed. Send the FDA announcement link. The feed is checked daily but it only carries a rolling window, so gaps are possible.
- A form that should exist. What you are trying to record, and what you use instead today.
- A breed we have not covered. Ten are published; the list grows from what people ask for.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on a specific animal — not a symptom, not a dose, not whether something needs seeing. PetCareForms has not examined your pet and is not a veterinary practice. If your animal is unwell, call your vet; if it is out of hours and you are worried, call the emergency practice rather than waiting for a reply here.
